Culinary Competition 2011 Now Live!

Spring is just around the corner and with it comes Norcliff Farms’ annual culinary competition, “So You Think You Can Cook?” Chefs from the province’s top restaurants have been invited to submit their favourite fiddlehead recipe to this prestigious and acclaimed competition. The deadline for recipes is April 1, 2011. After receiving submissions, the recipes will be narrowed down to three fabulous entries. The winning chef will receive a one week stay at their choice of any Westgate Resorts location, www.westgateresorts.com. The winning Chef will also receive a onetime weekend stay for them self and their family at our beautiful corporate headquarters, surrounded by ponds, trees and wild life located in Port Colborne, ON.
